The product problem
Planning work is only part of the experience. People also need a way to reflect on a session and decide what should happen next. A useful interface can connect those moments without demanding a long report after every block of work.
A focus, reflection and recovery loop
The product direction brings together focused work, a brief reflection and space for recovery. The development capture shows the rating and recovery experience. The aim is to make the transition between work and a break understandable rather than burying it in settings or a separate workflow.
Make the next decision clear
A post-session screen needs a clear hierarchy: what just happened, what the person can record and where they can go next. This is a small interaction with an important design constraint—reflection should not become another task that competes for attention.
What we would evaluate
Useful questions include whether people understand the next step, whether the rating is easy to complete and whether they return to the work loop. These are evaluation questions, not measured outcomes. The page makes no claim that the app has improved productivity, attention or health.
What this work demonstrates
This development example shows mobile interface design and workflow thinking across work and recovery. It is not a client testimonial, a released-product claim or evidence of clinical benefits. Product behavior may evolve during development.
Apply the approach to your workflow
